Order times & Postage:
Postage is a flat rate of $9.00 within Australia – this includes tracking details and is shipped via Australia Post.
Even though all items are tracked, we take no responsibility for items lost or delayed in the mail by Australia Post. If you are paying via PayPal, please note that it is your responsibility to check that your address is correct. No refund or replacement will be given.
For ready-made items, they will be posted within 1-3 Business days. If you require your order to be posted Express please contact me to discuss this.
For international orders – Please contact us to calculate shipping costs for you.
Sweet & Lovable Designs is not liable for any damage caused by Australia Post.
As all of our handmade items are made with love, we are unable to accept returns due to change of mind, wrongful use / washing or if you have ordered the incorrect size.
Please contact Sweet & Lovable Designs within 5 working days of receiving your goods in regards to any concerns you may have otherwise they will not be accepted.
Upon receipt, if the product is faulty Sweet & Lovable Designs is happy to exchange (if the item is still available) or refund the item in the form of a store credit once a photograph of the fault has been received.
Please keep in mind that your item has been lovingly handmade and therefor there will always be slight flaws that are unique to your item :)
Items must be in new and unused / unwashed condition & to be posted back to Sweet & Lovable Designs via tracked Australia post at the customer’s expense before the exchange / refund is returned.
